Hey, this is an archive. Let’s crack out the Way-back Machine and compare to past-tree.

Over five years, there’s notable thickening of the trunk, and development of bark (along with some wiring-induced scarring). The leaf pads are more compact, although not much denser. I can’t tell at the moment whether the roots have improved. All in all, I’m happy with this progress.
