I put some acorns in water. However, I didn’t do any stratification beforehand, so I don’t expect these to go anywhere.

The first acorn from given to me from Dad. Then a few weeks later I happened to be near an oak tree that was actively dropping acorns everywhere. So I let optimism kick in.

I didn’t have 5 bottles, so I carved a stand out of flower arrangement foam thingy, and am letting them soak.
Another got put in soil in a small pot.
Like I said, I expect none to germinate. And I’m not entirely sure I want an oak anyway.
