The Silver Birch is my oldest tree, having been potted in… 2014 I think. It’s sorely in need of repotting, but in the meantime, I noticed this:

Since they are clearly … ripe? mature?… I thought I’d take advantage of the opportunity.



I don’t know if these have been fertilized or not, and I’m not giving them the best start. Basically, I don’t mind what happens here. I’ll keep the pots watered for the winter, and we’ll see what happens come spring.
