Based more or less entirely on a podcast, I bought a Kunzea ambigua, also known as a Tick Bush.
…although I’m pretty certain that the podcast had rather older material in mind.
I doubt this is more than a couple of years old.
I happen to have some newly vacated ground space, so I’ve decided to plant this for training.
Out of the pot.
No sign of a tap root, so I take it this has grown from a cutting.
I’m looking to get some height, rather than the pure ground cover in the pot. I decided to plant at this angle, which is helped by the lack of a tap root.
And planted.
I’ll need to consider whether this gets some stakes.
Now the wait beings.
