timeline:
- planted in Feb
- 20+ seeds germinated
- moved from seed box to two planters in August
- about 3 inches in October.

…and now its January. Let’s see how they’re doing.
Planter 1: Lush and about a foot high.

Planter 2: Lusher and 2 to 3 foot high.

There is some odd behavior in the leaves. The first leaves were pinnate*. Then the higher leaves are linear. And then the linear leaves lead to pinate leaves. I’m guessing this is how it’s forming branches, but it’s wild.

* My web searches are often for images, so find something that clearly gives what I need. Which lead me to this chart. Then I had a look at the page it’s on. It’s a Montessori chart for primary school kids. And I kind of want the chart.
