Yellow Banksia Rose: September 2022 update

In July I noticed something.

Still looking pretty weak after potting, but it was still winter then.
But what’s this?

Well, there’s no time like three months later…

yup, still there.

Toothbrush + water:

Cleaned up.

It turned out to be a build-up of soil and moss. I’m not sure how it got there… looking at the last post (Janurary), that space was definitely cleared.
