Chinese Elm: July 2022 update

I trimmed back a branch that just got in it’s own way.

This is the offending branch. It was disappearing towards the front, and unbalanced the tree.

Actually, should I have gone further back?
Also, is this looking a little dry? I feel like it’s raining all the time right now, but the moss has been removed from it’s little shallow, and needs to deal with drainage. Lightweight watering enacted.
