In March this got an emergency repot into a perlite mix, because it was slowly dying. Let’s check back in.

Early September, and it’s looking like a good spring.
Mid-December. This is a solid recovery from last season.
That bottom-most sprout needs to go.

Even the branches without growth show signs of life.
